He is survived by: his mother Ann Cantrell Fleming; his wife Karen Fleming; his children, David Fleming (Andrea), Amanda Crowell (Perry), Brittney Smith and Shane Baker; his grandchildren, Savannah Helling, Riley Fleming, Taylor Fleming, Olivia Taylor, Emerald McKinley, Adelaide Anderson, Finley Martin, Cade Smith, Avery Smith, Kash Smith, Summer Baker, Bryton Boutwell and Preston Boutwell; and his siblings, Wade Fleming, Kim Burleson (David) and Laura Stidham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
