He is survived by: his wife Diane Ballard; his daughter Kerry Anglin; his stepchildren, Kathy Thomas (Shannon) and Tim Palmer (Mendy); his grandchildren, Zack Anglin (Taylor), Tailor Frank (Alex), Gage Anglin, Rave Anglin, Harrison Thomas, Miles Nesbit and Kennedy Montgomery (Dylan); and his siblings, Hugh Ballard (Linda), Becky Holland (Roger) and Faye Lindsey.
