She is survived by: her children, Brenda Jean Smith Douglas (Joe), James Earl Smith Jr. and John E. Smith (Deniese); her grandchildren, Joey Douglas, Leslie Hardin (Nathan) and Tiffany Belk (Jay); and her great grandchild Nate Hardin.
