He is survived by: his wife Sherry Sigler Downing; his children, Angela Holifield (Jesse), Kaylee Guthrie (John) and Michael Justin Downing (Lisa); his sister Donna Holifield (Ben); and his grandchildren, Connor Downing, Ryleigh Downing, Sherry Beth Holifield and Jacob Holifield.
