Merrily Arden Thompson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merrily Arden Thompson of Marion, Alabama, born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on December 14, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth B McKenzie, Jr. and Arden Marian Goodson McKenzie; and her brother Marion Goodson "Butch" McKenzie (Sheila Harrell McKenzie). She is survived by: her husband James W. Thompson of Marion; her brothers, Kenneth B McKenzie III of Elberta, AL and Michael Wayne McKenzie (Kim) of Sprott, AL; and her siblings-in-law, Cindy "Bunny" Wilson, Mary Thompson Carter of Marion, Dan Thompson of Bassett, VA and Ken Thompson of Williamsburg, VA.. She is also survived by four nieces, one nephew, six great-nieces and two great-nephews.
