He was predeceased by: his father Michael Smith; and his grandparents, Josie Underwood, Johnny Underwood (Ada), Richard Sr. and Hattie Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Carla Underwood Lewis (Willie) of Tuscaloosa, AL; his siblings, Crystal Green (Derrick) of Tuscaloosa, AL, Telesa Edwards, Jelesa Edwards of Greensboro, AL, Eric Underwood, LaDarius Smith of Tuscaloosa, AL, Michael Johnson and Quintin Edwards of Greensboro, AL.; and his uncles, Johnny Underwood (Tanya), Robert Underwood (Carla), Richard Underwood and Richard Smith Jr. A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
