She was predeceased by: her parents, James Helton and Peggy Helton; her son Nicholas Hobson; and her sister Gerry Lawhorne. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Hobson; her children, Christopher Stanton, Sherrie Merrell (Todd), Delaine Watkins (Jerry Coley) and Paula Hobson; and her siblings, Joe Wester (Susan), Robyne Jamison (Dave), Helen Jones (Willis) and Debra McDonald (Larry). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
