He was predeceased by: his parents, Fleming Cooke Blackburn and Lewis G. Blackburn, Sr.; his wife Sybil Ryan Blackburn; and his son Rickey Boothe. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Jim Ryan (Linda), Glen Ryan (Wanda) and Glenda Ryan; and his grandson Tommy Boothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donation be made to Gideons International or your favorite charity.
