He is survived by: his wife Kammy Kennedy; his children, Leah Campbell, Kody Kennedy and Kyle Kennedy; his grandson Merlin Kennedy; his mother Helen Kennedy; and his brother Randy Kennedy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
