She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Alvin Stevens and Irma Cook Stevens; and her husband Roy S. Worrell. She is survived by: her children, Rene W. Sumlin (Daniel), Janice W. Ferri Reedy (Bobby) and Roy Steven Worrell (Carol). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Marion Academy or Marion Military Institute.
