She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Otis and Josephine Washburn. She is survived by: her husband Darrell Wayne Collins; her children, J. Ryan Crawford, Amy M. Crawford (Marcus Montz), Chris Collins (Amy) and Matthew Collins (Claire); and her grandchildren, Russell Crawford, Ana Collins, Bella Donna King, Lia Collins and Milner Crawford.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Valley Cemetery or Hale County Animal Shelter.
