He is survived by: his children, Patricia Sheppard (Danny) of Brent, Ethel Griffin (Ronald) of Benton Harbor, Larry Collins (Carmen) of Tuscaloosa, Casey and Dornell Billingsley of Marion, Alabama; his siblings, Estella Hinkle (Tommy), Barbara Belcher of Marion, Marie Jemison of Centreville, Mary Scott of Cleveland, Eugene and Frank Belcher of Marion, Alabama; his grandchildren, Miquel Clark, Jaleel McNeal, Jeffery Brown of Benton Harbor, Marcus, Taknisha Rawls of Marion, Casey Billingsley, Jr. and Caitlyn Billingsley of Ft. Wayne; and his close friends, Daphnie and Trinda Turner of Marion. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
