He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Kinard and Martha Jane Averette Kinard; his wife Hazel Myrtis Swindle Kinard; and his son Alfred Dale Kinard. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Kinard Dixon of Canton, GA and Glenn David Kinard of Prattville, AL; his grandchildren, Lindsey Dixon McGreger (James) of Canton, GA and Jamie Dixon Letwinch (Casey) of Oakhurst, CA; and his great grandchildren, Alexander McGreger of Canton, GA. and Isabelle McGreger of Canton, GA..
