He is survived by: his children, Terence Underwood Jr. and Madison Underwood; his granddaughter A'nyla S. Underwood; his parents, Annette Underwood and Daryl Edwards; his grandmother Rosetta Underwood; his brother Kirk "Michael" Palmer (Daryl D. Scott); his aunts and uncles, Shirley Pope (Willie), Priscilla Palmer (Steven), Regina Woods, Willie Underwood (Alma), Dewayne Underwood (Sandra) and Brian Edwards; and his friends, April Swift, Howard Cole, Donald Gantt, De'Andre Watters, Larry Davidson, Marcus Jones, Roosevelt Jones Jr., William Pope, Reggie Dixon and Markenstia Harrell. He is also survived by other relatives, cousins and many friends.
