He was predeceased by: his parents, Dempsey D. Boyd and Ruth Armstrong Boyd; and his siblings, Minnie Lou Berry, David Boyd, Ann Shaw, Ruth Preble and Clower Boyd.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Motes Boyd; his children, Deborah Boyd Partridge (Gary) of Vestavia Hills, AL and Robert Warner Boyd, Jr. (Mickey Ann) of Sprague, AL; his grandchildren, Boyd Thomas Partridge, Brett Folmar Partridge, Haley Boyd King (Branon) and Kirsten Elizabeth Boyd; his great grandchildren, Colton Warner Partridge, Hudson King and Joseph Warner King; and his sisters, Ethleen Bazzell and Sue Drake.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Warner's favorite charity, Shriners Hospitals for Children.
