She is survived by: her children, Curtis Woodard (La Sonya) of Spartanburg and Latress Woodard of Anniston, Alabama; her grandson James Brown of Anniston, Alabama; and her siblings, Arnold Richey of Knoxville, Tennessee, Rosa Nell Whatley (Samuel) of Anniston, Debra Jean Johnson of Knoxville and Marquilla Gooden (Marvin) of Talladega, Alabama.
