He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughter Kelly Shackelford Payne; his daughter-in-law Delina Rush Shackelford; and his grandchildren, Lee Blackwood (Yuria), Daniel Blackwood, Justin Payne (Kalyn) and Maddie Payne.
