He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Reynolds and Mary Blankenship Reynolds; his daughter Angie Collier; his brothers, William Earl Reynolds and Edward "Tex" Reynolds; and his granddaughter Mallory Garmon.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Garmon; his children, Rickey Garmon (Kelle), Randy Garmon (Renee) and Jean Watson (Andy); his son-in-law Tracy Collier; and his brothers, Grant Reynolds (Cindy) and Donnie Reynolds (Sandra). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
