He is survived by: his wife Donna Moore; his sons, Joshua Moore, Cody Ross (EmaLee) and Derek Ross; his grandson Cooper Ross; his stepfather Bobbie Jones; his mother-in-law Virginia Knight; his sister Jackie Cutter (Bill); and his brother-in-law Don Knight (Vickie).
