He was predeceased by: his parents, James Honor Dueitt Sr. and Myrtle Pritchard Dueitt; his stepson Billy Hensen; and his siblings, James Honor Dueitt Jr, Donald Dueitt, Delores Whiddon, Katherine Havens and Gloria Hughes.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hutto; his children, Tammy Teresa Dueitt and Ronnie Wayne Dueitt; his stepchildren, Johnny Luker (Allison), Timmy Sledge, Lithia Davenport (Randy), Tammy Edwards (Ralph), April Scott (Scotty) and Sherry Green; his grandchildren, Teresa Champion and Austin White; his great grandchildren, Drake and Griffin Champion; and his siblings, Dorothy Hall, Jerry Dueitt (Irene), JoAnn Weinshenker (Jerry) and Joyce Roberts (Earl).
