He is survived by: his wife Rachel Vincent Hayes of Maplesville; his children, Daniel Falkner of Maplesville and Haley Falkner of Maplesville; his grandchildren, Jordan Turner of Maplesville, Coraline James of Maplesville and Tyler Miller of Maplesville; and his siblings, Ricky Hayes of Maplesville, Jeanie Hayes Strattis of Clanton, Paula Hayes of Jemison, Dena Kromer of Thorsby and Carol Carpenter of Clanton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home (1709 Lay Dam Rd, Clanton, AL 35045). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
