Smitherman and William Smitherman (Louise); and her grandson Alan Burnett.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Pate (David) and Marie Burnett (Johnny); her grandchildren, Adam Pate (Candis), Matthew Pate, Mason Pate (Keely), Lauren Burnett, Rena Caudle (Josh), Joey Burnett (Haley) and Josh Burnett; her daughter Fourteen; her siblings, Inamae Scott (Wayne) and Johnny Smitherman (Linda); her sister-in-law Shirley Smitherman Wallace; her nieces, Lisa Cofer (Terry) and Jennifer Wood; and her pets, Little Spot, Devil, Nippy, Pig, Tux and Wendy. She is also survived by Fourteen Great-Grandchildren.
