He is survived by: his wife Mona Sledge of Maplesville; his children, Jackie Denton Phillips of Mobile, Devan Earl Phillips of Montevallo and Kayla Carlee Gore (Dustin) of Clanton; his stepsons, Brandon Sledge of Maplesville, Travis Sledge (Jessica) of Maplesville and Austin Sledge of Maplesville; and his siblings, Wallace Mitchell Phillips (Debbie) of Mobile, Terry Lamar Phillips (Gwen) of Mobile, Jeffery Dewade Phillips (Debbie) of Mobile and Renee Holmes (Tracy) of Mobile. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
