She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlin "Bill" Hathcock and Thelma Mae Hathcock; her husband Felix Lonzo Burt; her son Felix "Lonnie" Burt Jr.; and her brother Hamric Hathcock.

She is survived by: her children, Vickie Brian (Steve) and James A. Burt (Julia); her grandchildren, Wesley Burt (Jordan), Jennifer Brian, Callie Davies (James Taylor), Morgan Gautrat (Fabrice) and Bradley Burt; her great grandchildren, Whitman Burt, Llewelyn Davies, Beatrix Burt and Cecil Davies; and her siblings, Artie Palmer of Dallas, Carolyn Zambrotta of Clanton and James Hathcock of Maplesville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
