She was predeceased by: her parents, Plez Cochran and Retta Pippin Cochran; her husband Moody Godwin; her daughter Bebbie Davis (Bobby); her siblings, Clarence Cochran and Shirley Loftin; and her son-in-law Eddie Goad.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Goad, Ann Hall (Wayne), Fadette and Jackie Quattlebaum (Roger); and her sisters, Ludea Williams (Charles) and Peggy Kiddy (Nip). She is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
