She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Peacock and Annie Smith Peacock; her husband Virgil Goad; her son Eddie Goad; and her siblings, Clara James, Mary McCommon, Buford Peacock and Bronzell Peacock.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Linda Goad; her grandson Timothy Goad (Karen); her great grandchildren, Brandy Ridenhour (Jamie) and Jason Goad (Bethany); and her sister-in-law Betty Peacock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
