He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Bedsole and Allie Mae Dorriety Bedsole; his son Mark Bedsole; and his siblings, Rebecca King Bedsole and William Keneith Bedsole.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sorrells Bedsole; his daughter Amy Bedsole Hendrix; his grandchildren, Stephen Baine (Savannah), Jameson Hendrix and Allie Grace Bedsole; his siblings, Evelyn E. Glover (Hubert), Lorena Leger, Joyce R. Blakey (Paul), Jean Lewis (James) and Dora Chappell (Larry); and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Sue Bedsole, Sammy Sorrells (Brenda) and Charles King (Marge). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
