He was predeceased by: his father Bill Smith. He is survived by: his mother Donna Williams Smith; his wife Susan Adkins Smith; his daughters, Hillary Smith, Taylor and Shelby Smith; his grandson Derrick Ingram; his brother Jay Smith (Olivia); and his brothers-in-law, James Adkins (Candi) and Joe Adkins (Brenda). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
