He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy Rider Kinsey; his birth parents, Ellis Kinsey and Jane Gafford; and his grandparents, Ernest, Vallie Kinsey, Zeb and Audrey Gafford.
He is survived by: his son Samuel "Toby" Kinsey; his grandchildren, Caiden Kinsey of Uriah, Alabama., Brianna Kinsey Moore of Tulsa, Eric Ward, Parker Blumentritt of Onalaska, Bruce Kinsey, Alyssa Trenton, Lucas Kinsey, Tiffany Kinsey, Alex, Tyler Ritter, Melissa, Jerry Kelly, Sabrina Kinsey, Sawyer, Nora Lennartz, Valerie Francis (Andrew), Cordellia and Grayson Francis of Budoia, Italy.; his siblings, Pam Gafford May of Foley, Mary Johnson (Lee) of Summerdale, Ernest "Bo" Kinsey (Sheila) of Elberta, Cynthia Estes of Foley, Troy Kinsey (Sarah) of Foley, Toni Carver (Robbie) of Bon Secour, Christy Kinsey of Robertsdale, David Kinsey (Kristi) of Summerdale and Christina Fernandez (Ricky) of Summerdale; and his stepmother Mary Kinsey of Foley. He is also survived by eight children, their spouses and grandchildren.
