She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewitt Shivers and Willie Mae Perkins; her siblings, Mildred Sheen, Elizabeth Wheelock and William Shivers; her husband Leroy Childress Cleverdon; and her daughter Mary Lynn.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Claude Connelly and Marilea Kolenc; and her great grandchildren, Amber Lee Kolenc and Mary Frances Connelly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
