He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jerome Collins, Juanita Dolihite and Yvonne Stump. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Frybarger Collins; and his siblings, Larry Collins of Magnolia Springs, Allen Collins (Denise) of Magnolia Springs, Cleo Wheaton of Magnolia Springs, Evelyn Weeks of Magnolia Springs and Phyllis Collins of Magnolia Springs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family requests that remembrances be made in the form of memorial donations to the Baldwin County Animal Shelter or St. John's Catholic Church.
