He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ed, Louise Purvis, Jim and Anne Stewart. He is survived by: his parents, John, Sr. Purvis and Lisa Purvis; his siblings, John Purvis, Jr. (Melanie) and Dr. Courtney Taylor (Don) of Canton Mississippi; his niece Brooklyn Purvis; his nephew Grant Purvis; and his uncles, Jim Stewart, Clark Stewart (Patti) and Burt Hinson (Reva). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
