He was predeceased by: his former wife Elizabeth Parnell Kastorff; his parents, Terrell Maxwell Kastorff and Carrie Elizabeth House Kastorff; his brother Charles House Kastorff; and his grandson Kevin Madison Whitaker.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Ann Hill Kastorff; his daughters, Nina Karen Emerson, Tracy Lynn Dobbins, Laura Beth Johnston and Rebecca Leah Fountain; and his brothers, Kenton Maxwell Kastorff and Terry Allen Kastorff. He is also survived by six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
