He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Heckler and Norma Heckler. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Garrett Heckler; his brother David Heckler of Tulsa; his children, Chris Heckler Frey (J. D.) of Huntsville and Steven Matthew Heckler (Gemma) of Bedford; and his granddaughters, Grace, Maggie and Sophia.
