He is survived by: his wife Lisa Bertrand; his children, Chris Bertrand (Laura) of Boise, Wendi Tarver (Justin) of League City, Heather Smith (Ryan) of Colorado Springs and Julie Bertrand of Madison; and his siblings, Glenn Bertrand of Rosharon and Lori Plaster (Dan) of Valdez. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
