He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ellis Tucker Sr. and Lucille Turner Tucker; and his sister Carole Horton. He is survived by: his wife Watha Tucker; his daughters, Carissa Scott (Joseph) and Angela Tucker; and his grandson Jackson Scott.
