She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Smith; and her children, Raymond Smith and Mary Anne Smith. She is survived by: her great grandchild Paul K. Smith (Crickett) of Greensburg; her granddaughter Cynthia Smith Nichols (Paul) of Madison; her great grandchildren, Laura Smith Utley (Mike) of Madisonville and Michael Smith (Caroline) of Germany; her grandson Jim Smith (Danielle) of Spring Hill; and her great grandchildren, Kimberly Smith Sanders (Tay) of Watseka, Gabrielle Smith of Florence and Danielle Smith of Florence, Alabama.. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
