She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Bisbee; her parents, John David and Lillian Shipman; and her siblings, Jimmy Shipman (Joan), Charlie Shipman (Verna Mae), Anna Mae Hicks (Neil), Mary Jane Alexander (Bob) and Joe Shipman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Carr (Tom) and Lori Bisbee; her grandchildren, John Speigner, Meredith Sides (Bradley) and Mckenna Underwood (Austin); her great grandchildren, Mahala Speigner, Christopher Speigner and Grayson Underwood; her siblings, Carl Wayne Shipman (Carol) and Linda Walker (Jim); and her pet Sophie Ellen Bisbee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
