It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samuel Hay (Madison, Alabama), who passed away on November 23, 2019, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hay and Julene Haney Hay of Unionville; and his daughter Brandy Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Lori Cochran Hay; his sisters, Janice Guindon (Alan) of Lake Alfred, FL. and Sabrina "Bea" Parolini (Bubba) of Belfast; his daughter Erin Lugo (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Addeysen Lugo and Bristal Lugo.
