He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jones and Elizabeth Jones; and his siblings, Francis, Mary Jones and Rita McBride.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Gardiner); his children, Mary Warde, Teresa Methvin (Leslie), Karen Taylor (Danny), Richard (Jane) and Sister Dolores Marie Jones; and his brother Ronald Jones. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
