He was predeceased by: his mother Daisy Taylor. He is survived by: his son Dakota Wilbourn; his close friend Susan Price; his father Donald Wilbourn; and his siblings, Joe Wilbourn, Chris Hobbs, Tracy Wilbourn Jackson and Stacy Wilbourn.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the charity of your choice.
