He was predeceased by: his father William Clay; and his brother Donny Clay. He is survived by: his wife Mary Blair Clay; his daughter Teresa Kathleen Larman; his sisters, Helen Magidson and Nancy Snell; his grandchildren, David Jeremiah Brooks and Bailey Kathleen Adams; and his great grandchild Landon Wallace Leyme. He is also survived by one niece, and two nephews.
