He is survived by: his wife Donna May Glavin Moore; his children, Philip Raymond Moore Jr., Brian David Moore, Kimberly Joy Marie and Debbie Lynn Drake (Aaron Daniel); his siblings, David Moore (Donna) and Jean Porter; and his grandchildren, Austin Simmons, Kaitlyn Marie Drake, David Drake and Jacob Drake.
