She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Bagley; her parents, Mack Hayes and Betty Hayes; her daughter Tracy Garrett; and her siblings, Kenny Gowen and Dottie Clay.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Mariah Flick (Levi) and Sarah Masters (Kegan); her great grandchildren, Hezekiah Master and Aleida Master; her siblings, Jeff Gowen, Keith Gowen, Vickie Wilson, Joan Vercruysse and Steve Gowen; her son-in-law Ron Garrett; and her friend Polinsky.
