He was predeceased by: his mother Henrietta Isbell Wadsworth; his sister Katrina Phillips; and his grandparents, Geraldine Isbell and Clovis Isbell. He is survived by: his daughters, Danika Justice Wadsworth and Elizabeth Marie Wadsworth-Smith; his siblings, Andy Wadsworth and Angelia Flannagin; and his grandchildren, Kiley Wadsworth and Elijah Duncan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family.
