He is survived by: his daughter Jenifer Libby Itenson (Gary) of Wake Forest, NC; his grandsons, Christopher Alexander Itenson and William Warren Itenson of Wake Forest, NC; his half-brother Thomas Dunn of Clearwater, FL; his aunt Candace Howe Vandenberg (Wayne) of Trenton, FL; his cousins, Karen Vandenberg, Kimberly Warner, Kelly Vandenberg and Katherine Hullen; his niece Kyoko Ura of Clearwater, FL; his nephew Joseph Dunn of Clearwater, FL; and his friend Sheril Cheatham Keeler of Madison, AL..
