He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Violet; and his brother Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Candace Lynn Lacey; his sons, Will and Greg Nevin; his grandsons, Junior Ibanez (Angel), Ayden and Quinton; and his great grandchildren, Samantha and Caylee.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Crosspoint Church 78 Hughes Rd, Madison, AL 35758 for the Haites School/Mission Fund.
