She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Arthur Derrick, Jr.; and her husband Dr. Neil Chatterton. She is survived by: her son Ellis (Anne); her grandchildren, Lane and Adeleine; and her son Derrick of Ardmore, Tennessee. She is also survived by two sisters and a brother; and many nieces and nephews.
