He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Campbell and June Shull; and his brother-in-law Cliffard Cantrell. He is survived by: his wife Alice Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, Sharron Cantrell, Jennifer Cantrell, Melissa DeHaam, James Cantrell and Bill Cantrell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
