She is survived by: her husband Mike Bain; her daughter Madison Womack (Chaylob); her stepdaughters, Brooke Snyder, Briana Mickel and Kaylea Martin; her granddaughter Mavie Margaret; her sisters, Carman Mullins (Andy) and Shelley Letinich (James); her niece Ashley Kirby (Brandon); her nephew Zack Mullins; her great-nieces, Emily Grace Kirby and Sadie Mullins; and her great-nephew Jett Mullins.
